Setting Goals Worksheet
Here is a free goal-setting worksheet that is great to use at the start of a new season or quarter. Opportunities for students to make three kinds of goals: Academic, Behavioral/Social, and Personal.

Thank you. This is great! I will definitely use this with my 5th and 6th graders for the 4th quarter. We're losing some focus, so I think this will be a great help.
