Do-It-Yourself Learning Target Posters for December

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I know that I have much to be thankful for, and you are one of those things!

I have begun using Do-It-Yourself {Learning Targets} in my classroom, because I can't seem to keep up with finding the right target to have posted. The CCSS are the big ideas, and the Learning Targets are the little steps that get our students there! Here are a couple of pictures of the learning targets that I use in my classroom.
