I'm using centers for most of our independent math practice this year. Getting the games and activities ready can be a lot of work, but I've found them to be so worth the time. My students are engaged, excited about math, and learning while having a lot of cooperative fun too. I used winter break to work on new centers and pulled out the x2 cards as a freebie for you. You can use them to play matching memory cards, toss them in a center with a board game as playing cards, or fold the page in half and use them as self-checking flashcards. Click on over to my blog for all the details and grab your free cards.
