The change of seasons provides us with many opportunities to talk about descriptive writing with our students. Poetry is the essence of descriptive writing, so I put together a Poetry Writing Journal for my students to help them learn to describe a season and write poems about each season. Download this free writing journal from my blog - Raki's Rad Resources.
