During summer vacation students get a chance to move. Then we bring them back to school and ask them to sit still and it doesn't work. My students do Number Aerobics every morning to get their brains moving and to work on number patterns, specifically groups of 10. For each group of 10 there is a new movement, as shown on this free Number Aerobics Poster. Download this poster completely free from my blog - Raki's Rad Resources.
