I don't know about you guys, but my winter weight is being added up too quickly. Since dieting rarely works for me, increasing my exercise is the best way to take it off. One great time saver is to exercise with my students. And of course there's no extra minutes in my classroom, we integrate number sense into our morning exercise. Using this Number Aerobics Sheet, we do our exercise in sets of ten, switching exercises with each set to emphasize the groups of ten and work on number sense. We count all the way to 100 and get our exercise in too. Download this free sheet from my blog - Raki's Rad Resources.
