Anything labeled as a game is exciting to my students. Last year the favorite in my classroom was this ACK Word Family File Folder Race Game. The students would work in pairs and race to see who could find their words that matched their pictures first. While they were playing, the students didn't realize that they were also work on spelling and reading patterns and building their vocabulary. I love when that happens! Download this free literacy center from my Teachers Pay Teachers store.
