Do you get to exercise during the work week? One trick that I have used in order to get a work out in is to add number aerobics to my morning routine. The students and I count to one hundred every morning, changing movements every ten numbers in order to work on groupings of ten. This activity gets the students' blood flowing to start the day and gets a workout in for us too! Download this free number aerobics poster from my blog.
