Susan Berkowitz’s Free Multiple Meaning Words Riddles - Enjoy Your Trip?

Many of our students with language disorders have difficulty with thinking flexibly about vocabulary; particularly how words are related to each other.  One place that difficulty is seen is with understanding multiple meaning words.

Some of our language tests look for students to give more than 1 definition or example of meaning to words like rock (music, stone, action) or fall (season, action).  So we spend a lot of time with students trying to encourage growth of vocal and meaning.

To make it a little more fun, I’ve come up with this little freebie of multiple meaning riddles. Enjoy it. And, keep on talking!
