Do you have a field trip planned for this spring? If so, you may find one of these Field Trip Report forms helpful. There are two variations – one for the younger kids that has larger lines and primary clip art, and one for upper elementary kids with narrower line spacing and slightly different artwork. The form is very generic with a place to draw a memorable experience and a few lines for writing about what was learned that day. You can learn more, including where to download these forms, on Corkboard Connections. I hope you find them useful!

Thank you for this sheet. We had a field trip recently and I love that there is a place to draw a picture also.
