I believe that at the end of the school year, it’s important for kids to reflect on what they’ve learned and how they have grown. It’s even more important now with the emphasis on state testing because if children don’t meet expectations on formal tests, they may not recognize how they have grown in other ways. Here’s a printable you can use to help kids explore all the ways they’ve grown and why they are proud of themselves this school year. There’s also a blank copy you can customize with your own reflection questions. You can download the School Year Reflections form by clicking on the image or visiting the Seasonal page on Teaching Resources.
