Using Poem of the Week

All Freebies

teachinginroom6.blogspot.com, classroomfreebies.comThe school year is starting up, I know many of you are looking for new ways to get your students involved and learning every second of the day.  One thing that is
wildly popular, yet incredibly beneficial for fluency and vocabulary
building, is the Poem of the Week.  Come on over to Teaching in Room 6 to see how I have set this up in my class, and get the printable so
that you can do it too!  This is a time that my students cherish and love….they even come back years later to tell me about how it impacted them.  So come over and see if it will help you too!

education, literacy, fluency
