Looking for a great list of vocabulary words for your advanced or honors students? Want a challenging list of words for a Word of the Day program? This is an Advanced Word list that I gave my Freshman Honors English students. Each
day, they were given one of these words and expected to learn the
definition for a weekly quiz. These are SAT- caliber words that I felt
Freshman honors students should be learning before they take the PSATs
or SATs in their Sophomore or Junior year. These words are based upon previous SAT tests. Enjoy!
