The holiday time is upon us and the students are eager to get out there and enjoy their time off. Unfortunately, we still have 2 weeks of school left…and the kids are just chomping at the bit to do something fun.
Well, we are in the midst of our geometry unit, learning about triangles in particular. I wanted the students to have a little bit of fun while we were learning how to use protractors and find the measure of missing interior angles (fun, I know….) so using some artistic inspiration from pinterest, I turned a little art into a fun math project….that will double as a holiday card for the parents!
Come on over to my blog, Teaching in Room 6, to read all about it, and
pick up your freebie form so you can do the project yourself!
