February Word Work Cards!

All Freebies

Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone!!! I don’t really have a favorite team in the game tonight so I think I am just excited for the yummy food!!  I did see a great little special on ESPN yesterday talking all about the 49ers…so maybe I will cheer for them?? Who are ya’ll cheering for?!

I updated my word work pack to include the February words. Some ideas on how to use these are…
-Students can spell words with magnetic letters
-Students can spell words with pipe cleaners
-Students can rainbow write words (always a favorite in my class)
-Students can cut letters out of a magazine to spell words
-Students can stamp words
-Students can form letters with play-doh to spell words (or cut them out of play-doh with letter cookie cutters)
Here is one of my littles writing her words on the white board…
At this time of the year, students may even be able to use these words to write a simple sentence or create their own story!
Just click below and scroll down to the bottom of the post to grab your February words!

Enjoy!

What a great idea! Thanks for sharing. I was just at school thinking I needed to add something new to my word work center. My kiddos will greatly appreciate this resource!
