Thinking About Multiplication

All Freebies

Challenge your students to apply their multiplication facts and properties with these problem solving based tiling puzzles for 2 digit by 1 digit multiplication - free from Raki's Rad Resources.Do you have students who need a challenge and a stretch in math?  Do you want to provide your students with critical thinking skills practice while working on key math concepts?  These tiling puzzles are a great way to provide students with all of these.  In my classroom, I use this as an early finisher activity, and my kids love them.  Students work on multiplication by plugging in the missing numbers with the provided tiles.  Each number can only be used once, so this provides students with an additional challenge.  Download this free puzzle from my Teachers Pay Teachers store.
