“Tree-mendous” Winter Work

All Freebies

Pine Tree Puzzles

Use these as an independent center where students can practice numbers to 100 or upper and lowercase letters by putting the green tiles on the white puzzle grid.

You could also turn this into a “cut & glue” craftivity and have students create a winter scene, by running off the puzzle grid on blue construction paper and having students cut and glue their green tiles to it.

Add that finishing touch by having your kiddo’s dot on “snowflakes” using a Q-tip.

Bulletin board caption:  “Mrs. Henderson’s Kinders Are Doing TREE-mendous Winter Work!”

If you celebrate 100 Day in January, the 100-piece number puzzle, would be a great activity for your students to work on that week.
