There sure is a lot of snow coming down already this winter! Here’s a solve-and-sort file folder activity your students will love, on snowy days in the north or sunny days in warm places where kids just dream of snow! They will add and subtract domino dots and then do an odd/even sorts of the sums and differences.
The original addition-only version of this set is still floating around on Pinterest. Be sure to get this update that includes subtraction, too! This resource includes a recordng sheet, and it’s even Common Core-aligned!
