    Hello, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your 1-4 cupcake analogy for standards based report cards. We are making the switch soon. Would you be able to make me one with the Letters E, S, N and U instead of the numbers? I like the idea of using numbers better but my school chose letters. Thank you for all the work you put into this.
