Lead Students Through Writing Poetry

All Freebies

Free download - poetry writing prompt that takes you through brainstorming, drafting, editing and revising. Designed for Intermediate students by Raki's Rad Resources. Writing poetry is a great way to push students “out of the box” with writing. Within poetry they can write without sentences, write without punctuation, write with rhyme and write with descriptions they would probably not use in paragraphs. This free Poetry Writing Prompt leads students through the process of writing a poem with the familiar steps of brainstorming, drafting, revising and editing.
