Collecting Evidence in a Series of Unfortunate Events

All Freebies

Count Olaf is an evil person.  Mr. Poe is inept.  These statements may be proven by evidence collected in the Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.

I used to teach this lesson without a written component.  Students would search my collection of books from the series and we would create a class chart of evidence.

I recently created the graphic organizer shown below.  It is generic, so it may be used with other opinions and texts, then used to create a persuasive paragraph.
