Making Weather Predictions: Groundhog Day

All Freebies

Several years ago, I started collecting weather data with my students for six weeks after Groundhog Day.  We used the same science terms I use for setting up experiments: Question, Prediction, Materials, Procedure, Data, and Conclusion.  We collected data at the same time each day and compared it to the average weather in our area for that time of year.
