Weekly Behavior Charts

All Freebies

Hi everyone! I’m preparing my behavior charts for January and thought I’d share one way I communicate with parents about student behavior.

I have a behavior chart that I use in the classroom. Everyone starts on green at the beginning of each day.  Each student has a number. Each number is on a chart with green, yellow, orange, and red cards. Students turn a card when they have a behavior infraction. Yellow is a warning, orange is a consequence, and red is a call home.

To go along with the class chart, I send home a weekly chart with each student on Fridays to communicate with parents about their child’s behavior.

My parents appreciate the behavior charts. It keeps them informed about their child’s behavior at school.
