Book Trailers Creation

All Freebies

Are you looking to start a technology project in your classroom that could excite your students, cause your principal to promote you to teacher of the year, and make the librarian love you forever and ever?  🙂

Have I got the solution for you… Book Trailers.

Alright, I may have used a hyperbole.  But, it will create excitement in your students and it will create a desire to read!  What more could a teacher want (besides longer summer breaks, a raise, and well-behaved parents/students)?

Get your students excited about reading while incorporating technology by creating book trailers! Check out how to create them and grab these free materials to get started!

So if you are super excited about this idea… you could read all about it on my blog, The Owl Teacher.

When you head there, and read about it, you’ll also find a freebie that contains everything you need to get started.

You’ll find the information page that I provided parents with.  You’ll find the details of how I put it all together and made it work.  You’ll also find a rubric to grade your students’ book trailers that looks like this below.

This is also perfect for reading month.  Aren’t you excited!?!?

Let’s go….

PS – No, I didn’t have too much coffee today.  Okay, maybe a little.
