Free Left and Right Classroom Direction Signs

3-5· All Freebies· PK-2

Are your students constantly asking you which direction left or right is? For YEARS I continually answered this question and I was thinking there has to be a solution so I wasn’t always answering the same question.

left and right classroom directions signThe answer was simple… post direction signs in my classroom. Since I have done this, I have not had to answer the question “Which way is that?” once!!! Hallelujah  Now I can spend my time answering the questions like “What did you say?” or “Where does that go?”  lol Just kidding, I have classroom routines for those too 🙂

Anyways, each sign is 8.5 x 11 so it is easy printing prep. Just print ( I recommend on card stock), laminate (if you want), and post in your classroom.Trust me when I say these posters will save you a lot of hassle and repeated questions. Your students will be more independent and you will be happier.

About Terri's Teaching Treasures

Hi Friends! My name is Terri and I am a full time teacher, mom, and teacher author. I have both my Bachelors of Education and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership. I currently teach grade 4/5 and I love it! I have been teaching for 20 years and have taught everything from 1st to 7th grade and Learning Assistance/Resource. These experiences have given me great exposure to a wide variety of students and learning styles. I use my past experiences and research to create products that have all students in mind. I am a big proponent of differentiated learning and reaching all students at their level.
