Writing Resource – BOOBOO Brainstorm

3-5· All Freebies· PK-2

Howdy! Jen Bradshaw here from Teacher KARMA. 🙂

BOOBOO Writing – Brainstorming Resource is as actually a super simple writing strategy that students (of just about any grade level) can learn fairly quickly. The writing doesn’t have to be about an injury LOL, but I like to start out with writing about an injury because almost all kids have gotten hurt at one time in their life or another.

In the full article, I will go over the steps for you.  If you will continue reading, you will find my FREEBIE that you can download and use in your classroom. You will have much better results with this activity if you model the strategy and do it along with your students numerous times before you ever expect them to fully do it independently.  Trust me, I know from experience.
Best wishes!
Jen Bradshaw
