Martin Luther King Jr. Flip Book

3-5· All Freebies· PK-2

I love when I can give students something more to take home than just a worksheet. With 5 kids, I easily get overwhelmed with just how much paper we use and I am always working to throw things out when I can.

My kids each have a space at home where they keep their projects. They love pulling them out several times a year and looking back through the things they’ve learned.

Flipbooks are one of my favorite simple projects that are easy to keep (no loose parts or pieces coming unglued).

Free Martin Luther King Jr. flip book writing activity

This flipbook about Martin Luther King Jr. is a great way to introduce him and his life to your students.  The pages are a simple and engaging way to organize what they are learning. It makes a great project for Martin Luther King Jr. Day in January, or even for Black History Month in February. It includes a bubble map, timeline, vocabulary, fill in the blanks, and a writing prompt! There are 2 sizes included. Use the bigger size to give younger students more space to write, and use the smaller version if you need to save paper.
