Do you have students who struggle socially? Do they go home and report having no friends and or no social interactions all day?
And then you get the phone call or email from the student’s concerned parent asking for an explanation…
It can be tricky to remember the events of the day, especially with all you have on your plate!
These notes are a great way to let parents in on a slice of their child’s day regarding social interactions they have and how their child is feeling about it.
The notes are also helpful for children who have successful social interactions at school, but then go home and report having no friends, playing with no one, being bullied, etc. Some children do this to get attention from parents but some truly believe this.
These notes can help those children by reminding them of the actual events of their school day.
Keep a copy to help you track student social engagement and use during progress note time, parent meetings, IEP’s, etc.
There are 16 different, high interest backgrounds for boys and girls, in sets of 4.

To Use These Notes: Print and cut out. No color? No worries! These look nice in black and white too! Choose the style and sit with your student to complete at the end of their day or after each event listed.
Thanks So Much and Happy Teaching!
