Overwhelm is a far too common emotion for teachers. One of the reasons for this is that there are so many projects that you are trying to juggle. When you look at your “To Do List”, what do you see? Are you writing things down like, “Organize Class Library”, “Filing”, “Labeling”. Each of these items are actually projects, not tasks. That means that they should each be broken down into smaller steps so that they are more manageable and attainable.
This project organizer will help you to think through each of your projects and break them down into smaller tasks. You can create deadlines for yourself for each task on the list. No more unreasonable expectations of your time. This organizer will help you get things done!
As an added bonus, you can also give the organizer to your students to help them manage projects that you give to them. It’s never too soon to teach helpful organizational skills!
