YOUR engagement matters too – how to live your BEST teacher life

3-5· 6-8· 9-12· All Freebies· PK-2

How to get excited about teaching! Any content, any grade level! If you are anything like me with a planned scope and sequence content was king of the classroom. Lessons, projects (even cross curricular) revolved around addressing standards for the grade I was teaching. I could not take it all on.

I worked on a subject a year to dive deep to really address the needs of my students and slowly began putting together content in a way that engaged and motivated my students – think like puzzle pieces fitting together I realized that little changes made all the difference and I want to share with YOU!

•Are you the teacher who loves quick EASY to implement ideas? •

•Are you the teacher who loves to see your students engaged and motivated? •

•Are you the teacher who loves to bring content to LIFE?

THIS. IS. FOR. YOU!

My Favorite Engagement Supplies:

Easy Engagement Calendar for Elementary Teachers!

So much of what teachers do is good. Think of an ice cream sundae and we load the bowl with our favorite flavors (content), toppings (our awesome students) and just the sprinkles on top (easy engagement strategies!) – a small but mighty impact on an overall sundae (classroom). They make it better for us as teachers and the students who are motivated and excited.  It’s a WIN-WIN!

Think of your ONE sprinkle – the one “extra” that takes very little effort that adds up over time.  At the end of the year, you will have lots of sprinkles and a library to pull from to make each day special in your classroom

5 EASY ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES ANY TEACHER CAN DO!

All of the strategies shared on the calendar are grouped into five categories. These are ways the “sprinkles” to your ice cream and keep you as a teacher engaged as well!

  • Games – gamify your learning SUPER easy ways!
  • Real World Application – APPLY learning to the outside world!
  • Movement – get up and going, even with no space and restrictions!
  • Technology – use to your advantage and watch students succeed!
  • Connection – build relationships with students and grow them ALL year!

The best asset you have in the classroom is you.

This gamechanger of a calendar packs all that information into easy to see and use blocks to reference at ANY month!

Re-charge your teacher batteries and dive back into your passion with strategies to help engage all learners and YOU!
