Summer Reading Log

Here is a quick and fun way to keep kids accountable for their reading over the summer! For each book, there is space for the title, a rating (fill in the suns to indicate how good the book was), and three words that describe the book. Send it home with your students (if you still have them) or use with your own kids. Great for summer school too!
