This time of year it can be difficult to keep kids on track, and many students begin to engage in distracting and annoying behaviors. Years ago I developed this Behavior Reflections form as a way for students to think about why they were choosing to behave as they were and how their behavior affected others. I found it to be extremely effective, so I wanted to share it with others. Visit Corkboard Connections to learn more about how to use it and where you can download your free copy.
