I finally decided on a classroom theme! ALL things NEON!
So000, I had to create a binder to match!
I have it on my blog for you to download if you so wish to use the set!
The binder cover and the inserts are editable Powerpoint 2010 files and the labels are saved as a PDF.
I have even listed tons of ideas to accommodate a NEON theme!
