Every year, it’s always the same. My students need to master their basic facts. So many of them can problem solve and figure out problems,, but get stuck on those basic facts that need to be memorized. In order to help my students out with this, I created a reward to help keep my students motivated to learn those basic facts. This reward system provides them with the reward of a shape to color and cut out after they master each level. After they have colored and cut these out, I can post these shapes on a wall or bulletin board display, to provide students with pride and further motivation to work on their basic facts.
