Laura Candler’s Free Fun Friday Sign Up Form

Here is my Fun Friday Sign Up Form – Fun Friday is a great way to motivate students to complete assignments. Three teachers work together to provide a study hall, an inside play area, and supervised play outside. Set aside 30 minutes on Friday and have kids sign up on this form. Works like a charm!
