Trash Bag Snowman

Collect scrap paper and have students crumble a piece up to make a paper snowball.  I have my students take turns tossing them into a large garbage can lined with a white trash bag.  They keep score using tally marks.

When “Stuffy” is pretty full, I remove the trash bag and continue to fill until we are happy with his size and shape.

We do this again on another day to make “Stuffy’s” head and assemble him with duct tape, as he leans against a corner wall.

Click on the link to pop on over to my blog for more snowman activities.  Stuffy.
