If you’re looking for a quick, easy & fun December bulletin board, with a high cuteness factor, then I think you’ll enjoy this “Me Mints” activity.
They are super simple to make. Using red markers, students color stripes on a small 8 inch paper plate, cut their photo into the shape of a circle and glue to the center of their “mint”.
Wrap with clear cellophane. (You can buy a big roll at The Dollar Store) Tie with green & red curling ribbon & you’re done.
Use green foil wrapping paper for the back of your bulletin board and scatter the “me mints” on the board. They also make a cute border around the edges, so you can also display other student work in the center.
If you want to make a keepsake ornament, instead of a bulletin board, I’ve included a smaller pattern in the packet. To finish off the back, I’ve included a poem.
