Need a fun project for next year? Why not make a dictionary about landforms? This is a great way to also practice dictionary and encyclopedia skills.
Students can use a dictionary to look up the landform and then use an encyclopedia to find a picture of it to draw on their dictionary page. Students can also use the Internet to look up three examples of the landform. What a great reference lesson! Collect all the pages and make your own classroom landform dictionary.
I’ve created all the forms you’ll need for the students to create and for you to grade this fun activity. Just click here or on the picture above to snag your free copy.
Enjoy!
