Tired of all the materialism being thrown at you via commercials and what not?
Need a little Christmas caring?
If so, instead of your students writing a letter to Santa telling him what they’d like for Christmas,
have them choose a significant person in their life, and write a letter to Santa on their behalf, explaining why they deserve a special gift.
For older kiddos, preface the activity with: “If there really was a Santa, and he really could bring a present…”
Completed projects make a sweet “Christmas is Caring” bulletin board too.
