Hi everyone!
It’s the week of St. Patrick’s Day! What do you have planned to learn about and celebrate the holiday in your classroom?
Our kindergarten students show up to school on St. Patrick’s Day to see a classroom apparently upset (chairs knocked over, green paint splashed around, and gold coins scattered everywhere) by the leprechauns.
The following year, as first graders, they don’t want to see their classroom messed up by the leprechauns again, so they build LEPRECHAUN TRAPS. Their hopes are that if they catch one, the leprechaun will lead them to a pot of gold. What FUN we have in first grade!
If you’d like your students to have some leprechaun fun, use these as part of your St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
