Are you always in need of some quick, high-interest reading activities? I know I am. For that reason I created these reading comprehension passages with questions for students. These can be used with grades 2 and 3, but I also use them with my older ESL students who need low reading level passages but higher interest content .
Each high interest passage is full of fun, non fiction information followed by three comprehension questions. This quick check makes it easy for you to grade. They are great for classwork or homework!
You can even supplement these actives but having students find more information on the topic and then reporting back to the class!
