Active Games For Body Breaks

3-5· All Freebies· PK-2

At certain times of the year, the weather dictates staying inside and finding active games to do. This means doing indoor recess activities and taking body breaks during the day.

Here are some games for parties and family gatherings. Use them inside or outside. They require little on no equipment.

Active games are activities that work well for daily body breaks. They can be used at school or at home. Great indoor recess activities.#activegames #indoorrecess #bodybreaks

Click here for these games and play them in the classroom or other indoor spaces where they will provide active movement and fun for the children.

Have fun with these games. Use them when there is an indoor recess, when the students just need a body break, or when you want kids to have some active time at home with friends.
