MiceBooks are guided readers following the formulas devised by Fountas and Pinnell. Each level contains twelve stories about animals, kids, and just plain silly stuff kids love. Designed for beginning readers, the books are characterized by being simple factual texts that include animal fantasy and realistic fiction All the books are picture books with three lines of text on each page. The familiar, easy content. and repeating language patterns in short, predictable sentences allow beginning readers to quickly decode words and use their language comprehension skills to facilitate reading comprehension. The Fountas and Pinnel readers are used in over 225 school districts across the United States.
Images of each book page are included which can be used as recall or writing prompts and animated read-along videos are also available.
