Matching is an important early concept. 

If you read the classic storybook Corduroy with your littles,  I have some fun freebies for you. Print out this cute Corduroy and a page of buttons from Speech Sprouts and have a hunt!

I give a button to our school secretary, nurse and others. Then we go looking for the right match. The children have to ask everyone if they have seen Corduroy’s button, Are they the same? Hooray!
