Susan Berkowitz’s Free Guide to Building Language with Toys

All Freebies

Are you still digging out from under all the wrapping paper?  Have your kids tried, used, and already abandoned some of their toys?  Here are some tips for re-engaging them in play while building their language skills with those very toys – as well as others that you probably have.
As a way to give parents some guidance on using toys to build language skills, I created this simple handout that provides tips and ideas for working on developing language skills while playing with a variety of types of open ended toys and games.
