Re-Ignite Your Teaching Passion

3-5· 6-8· All Freebies· PK-2

What is your teaching passion? Is it reading? Social studies? Math? Has your teaching passion dwindled? Do you need teacher motivation? Do you want to re-ignite your teacher passion?

As primary teachers, we have to teach ALL subjects. There are some subjects that we enjoy teaching more than others, and that’s just the way it is. But, can we inspire ourselves to be passionate about teaching any and all subjects? That answer is YES!

TEACHING WITH PASSION

When I first started teaching, my passion was for spelling. I know that seems unusual. But, being able to break words apart had always fascinated me. Teaching reading and science were also fun and enjoyable. But math? Well, that was a different story. I had no teaching strategies for math. I didn’t know how to differentiate. In fact, I wasn’t a good math teacher.

But something changed for me. I found my passion. I did a deep dive into the things I loved doing and I figured out why my passion was my passion. And then, I used it!!

If you need inspiration and motivation for teaching, if you want to re-ignite your passion for teaching, you’ll want to read every word of this post – 3 Steps to Become a Passionate Math Teacher

I know. I’ve been there and found success. But, what I discovered the hard way, on my own, is that there is a solution. There is a way to dive deep into what is your passion and make it work for you.
